A practicing consultant since 1989, Mary is the author of several publications devoted to the design and implementation of sales compensation plans for complex selling situations. She has worked with clients in wide variety of industries on projects involving sales force productivity, incentive compensation design (for sellers, sales specialists, managers and customer team members), performance management, and reward and recognition programs. Prior to her career in management consulting, Mary spent fifteen years in the health care industry. She earned her BS degree from the College of St. Teresa (Minnesota).
